Except to the extent required by applicable law, Cardinal Health undertakes no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statement. The Company is unable to provide a quantitative reconciliation of these forward-looking non-GAAP measures to the most comparable forward-looking GAAP measures because the Company cannot reliably forecast special items and impairment charges and other, which are difficult to predict and estimate and are primarily dependent on future events. In addition, the Company's fiscal 2007 outlook and long-term growth rate goal for non-GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations excludes the impact of the proceeds from the planned PTS sale. As previously announced, the Company plans to use the net proceeds from the PTS sale to repurchase shares, which is expected to add materially to fiscal 2008 earnings per share. The Company is unable to reliably forecast the impact of the proceeds from the planned sale. Please note that the unavailable reconciling items could significantly impact the Company's future earnings.
