    • The imperialism
      • The imperialism is the extension of a country that have the control over other territories. The country  conquest are called metropolis and the territories conquered are the colonies.
      • Since the centuries XVI and XVII Spain and Portugal were the most important empires in the imperialism. Europe was the king of the world because conquered territories quickly on account of the soldiers.
    • Causes of the imperialism Economic crisis in the countries with a big develop in the industries Demografic increasse Politic factors Ideological factors
    • Economic factors
      • The economic factors had very importance. When the production increase the colonies were markets. The markets were spaces where the people changed their money for aliments, clothes… The territories that had natural resources given raw materials cheep for their industries.
    • Politics factors
      • The countries conquered spaces that was strategic and they used it spaces for controlate rout sea and important rout terrestrial, for example United Kingdom. They used territorial expansion for increase prestige of a country and reinforce the national pride.
    • Demographic factors
      • In some countries the population increase. The people of Europe migrate to the colonies. In the XIX century appear with the population explosion located because mortality decrease, the medicine and the hygiene increase and the natality increase too.
    • Ideological factors
      • In the West, he had very strong racist ideas.
      • They were convinced that the white race was superior.
      • They thought that they could dominate other peoples, whom they considered backward and inferior.
      • They tried to civilize the people they considered backward.
      • They founded hundreds of missions in africa, asia and oceania.
      • The ideas that drove the new conquests was the scientific curiosity
      • In some countries geographical societies were created, also scientific expeditions around the globe.
      • Exploited once explored a territory, the country which had organized the expedition had a right to conquer and exploit.
      • Migrants and missionaries were sent to European civilization beyond its borders.

    • Game There are two groups. You trough the ball with your partner and when we say now! The person that have the ball, answer the question. If the answer is wrong, will be disqualify. Win the group with more persons.
