1.Who created rugby and when? Many people believe that rugby was created long before the nineteenth century at a rugby school, England hence the name of the sport, when a young man named William Webb Ellis picked up a football and ran with it creating rugby. When: In the year 1823, Rugby was invented/created by a young boy named William Webb Ellis.

Who is the bestest rugby kicker and does he still play rugby? I reckon that theirs no best rugby kicker because Dan carter and Johnny Wilkinson are a draw. They are both very good at kicking. But according to the results, I think that Daniel carter is the bestest kicker of all who are kickers. Does he still play Rugby? Both Daniel carter and Johnny Wilkinson still plays for rugby: All Blacks and England.

There are many fast wingers though like Jeff Wilson, Joe Rokocoko, Bryan Habana, and Jason Robinson.
