  • Background info: Forbes partnership was really downgraded. $150K in 2013 V.S. $330k in 2012. 1 speaking session in 2013 V.S. 7 in 2012. We will not get help from them to find external speakers - such as those they brought in 2012: the VP of Academics and Innovation at Singularity University and Intuit SVP Big Data and Marketing. Bottom-line: I need budget AND help from the Directors!!! We are talking about $20K per speaker (at least). That is about $80K total.
