    1. Who does not want to be fit and slim? Of course, everyone wants to have that fit and slim body. Love handles are not nice to look at. How to burn love handles? Most people will say diet and exercise. We must take into consideration as well that not all of us has the time for diet and exercise. If you are one of those people who are to busy to diet and exercise, then in your own little way as well as with the little amount of time left in losing weight, do your part in maintaining and burning love handles. Not because you do not have the time for diet and exercise, you will give up your efforts in losing weight. One of the best things to do on your free time or on week ends when there is no work to do, you can listen to your favorite music while walking or jogging. Listen to music that will perk you up and will get you in the groove for a little exercise. You can do it in the treadmill or while doing some household chores that will help you sweat and burn fats. You can swim with friends while losing those fats. Do some gardening, volunteer to wash the car, clean your room and many others.
