If you are one of those people who are to busy to diet and
exercise, then in your own little way as well as with the little
amount of time left in losing weight, do your part in
maintaining and burning love handles. Not because you do
not have the time for diet and exercise, you will give up your
efforts in losing weight.
One of the best things to do on your free time or on week
ends when there is no work to do, you can listen to your
favorite music while walking or jogging. Listen to music that
will perk you up and will get you in the groove for a little
exercise. You can do it in the treadmill or while doing some
household chores that will help you sweat and burn fats. You
can swim with friends while losing those fats. Do some
gardening, volunteer to wash the car, clean your room and
many others.
You can also burn fats by choosing what you eat as well as
having options for those food high in carbohydrates and fats.
For example you can enjoy snacking by eating fruits or a
salad instead of munching on those greasy fries and
burgers. Have a dollop of mayonnaise on your sandwich,
just use low fat mayonnaise instead of the regular one.
Enjoy your foods which are steamed, roasted, or grilled
instead of fried. Enjoy eating lots of food rich in fiber. Enjoy
eating, do not deprive yourself but make sure that you do
not eat foods that can make you fat. Water can also do the
trick. Instead of consuming sodas or fruit juices, take water
instead.
You can do a lot for you to burn love handles. Have stomach
or ab exercises to tone and firm up the stomach as well as
to lose that belly fat. If you do not have time, just do about
50 stomach crunches, it is far better. Do the above tips and
you can see a change after a few days. You do not need a
complicated work out or diet plans in order to get rid of
those love handles, they may be only small ways to lose
those love handles but they can yield big results. Do not be
lazy, sweat out and enjoy exercising without you knowing it
on your free time.
