      • Auditing requirements for NSSCF funding approval
      • Trash deletion activated 21 st July. Automated deletion from accounts after one month
      • Schools are over quota and paying for space. To manage storage and decrease costs call Brent for assistance.

      • All rely on correct Catholic email and correct forwarding address

      • Duplicate accounts
        • Accounts created in SINA, then OSR create duplicate accounts eg. bmclaughlin001@
      • SINA Lite (self managed schools)
        • Issue with non-forwarded mail
          • Catholic mail enters SINA mymail but is either not forwarded on or the forwarding address is incorrect
      • Danny Botterill working with schools to resolve the duplicates and forwarding addresses. He will be contacting schools via email and phone
      • Duplicate accounts with C numbers already identified
      • Forwarding addresses will be provided. SINA admins only required to fill in blank forwarding addresses. This can be uploaded into SINA via bulk upload (required bulk password)

      • As time permits I will be contacting schools who are paying for excess storage to offer my assistance in determining strategies for lowering or completely resolving this cost.
