national advocacy organization – work on a broad range of environmental issues compared to other enviro orgs -- not grassroots mobilizers. more targeted – policy makers, corporations, you’ll see a little of that. tone/personality -- academic in approach – science and economics, a little geeky. more explicitly than other enviros -- embrace humanity – love critters and vistas, you won’t see a lot of them in our images.
