  3. 3. THE OVERVIEW <ul><li>The chart/ graph shows the changes in modes of transport for travel to and from work over fifty years/ from 1950 -2000 in a city and the newspaper report highlights the Minister’s concern to practise a healthy lifestyle. </li></ul>
