Page Layout characteristics  Pages should be structured for ease of comprehension  Place important items consistently  All items should be appropriately aligned on the pages.  Ensure that page layout does not falsely convey the top or bottom of the page  Appropriate line lengths  Page Length according to contents  Use frames if function keys need not to move
  3. 3. 1. Avoid Cluttered Displays  Excess items found on page that lead to a degradation of performance when trying to find certain information
