There is a wealth of great resources and apps that are Common Core aligned which their students use daily. All of these programs expose them to a world of knowledge that they cannot receive just through books or discussing new topics. These programs and videos allow them to see and experience new ideas firsthand. Teacher tube has a wide variety of videos that help children to visually understand the concepts they are learning about. Their students publish several stories a year as part of our Writer’s Workshop model and there are a variety of programs that allow them to write and create stories together interactively.
