  • I had a late lunch today at the Canton Cafe in Springfield Plaza. I had two dishes that included under cooked pork and two that contained shrimp that was way past its prime. As a result, although I ate very little, I am feeling very ill. I suggest that the health department take a close look at the kitchen.

    Staff developed fact sheets, presentations, podcasts, Government Channel 16 Consumer Focus Program, and an e-Newsletter, The Informed Consumer.
