    • Background Plan based on recommendations from the Transit Development Plan (TDP) and defined by two different designs  The realignment, enhancement and addition of new feeder service to the new rail stations within Reston and Tysons Corner;  The implementation of a circulator bus system within Tysons Corner The complete plan proposes to  Modify 22 routes,  Create 6 new routes,  Eliminate 8 routes and  Establish the 5 route internal circulator bus system A priority for this plan is to provide linkages with regional transportation service providers and transportation modes2
