So much for the theory. What does this mean in concrete terms? Introduction of a project file for 300 users, based on SharePoint with ECSpand services, is planned. SharePoint is to be established as the central storage location for documents and vouchers that are stored to meet compliance requirements. Replacement of the central CRM system (about 100 users) by a combination of Navision 5 and ECSpand SharePoint is planned. In future, project and machine files will be managed in the central SharePoint.
