Integrated Professional Organization (AI PO) for the real estate service under RA 9646 pursuant
to PRC Resolution No. 19 Series 012011 daled October 21 . 2011 .
PhilRES is mandated under Sec. 138 Art. XXX of Phil RES' New By Laws to "formally
announce the acceptance of new members and act on applications for accreditation of local
chapters on provinces, cities and/or First Class Municipalities' for the purpose of holding the
First Regular National Convention and Elections.
