    • Creating a culture of innovation  A culture of innovation is more than just new ideas. It needs to be repeatable, predictable and sustainable.  Find challenges which, if solved and implemented, will create the greatest value. An organisation´s ability to innovate hinges on its ability to valuate andFIEGE Stiftung & Co. KG | Copyright 2010 | www.fiege.com prioritize ideas.  Determine mechanisms that best yield viable solutions You will get several solutions for the given challenge. Find a comprehensive solution that can be implemented. Create an “incubator” environment  Be able to convert the ideas into reality During implementation have the courage to change direction or to kill ideas. Do not over-engineer.  Do not re- invent the wheel but “recycle” innovation 15
