    • Ron Washington • Manager, Texas Rangers since 2007 • Signed by the Kansas City Royals on July 17, 1970. • In 2010, Washingtons Rangers advanced to their first World Series in franchise history. • Third African-American to manage a team into a World Series, joining Cito Gaston, and fellow Extra Innings Foundation Board Member Dusty Baker, who managed the San Francisco Giants into the 2002 World Series • Ron lives with his wife, Jeri, in New Orleans
