Content: First steps by Expathos – we will generate video, images and text to ignite the blogs but afterwards needs to be taken over by the hotel staff.
Content: Expathos will set up profiles on Youtube and Flickr and generate video and imagery to both sites but afterwards needs to be taken over by the hotel staff.

Proactive – Disseminate and Syndicate Hotel Bloom and Smoods Blogs to over 30 Social Media sites
Expathos has devised a method – using a combination of several online tools to take RSS feeds from the blogs and automatically distribute fresh content into 30 different social media places where both Hotel Bloom and SmoodS will be registered.
This not only easily spreads the brand throughout the socialsphere, it also will significantly add to the SEO strategy of both properties and improve the brands’ awareness throughout cyberspace.

Use Social Mention to gather intelligence and monitor Hotel Bloom Brand in various social media landscapes. Create RSS feed for aggregation. Step 1: Conversation Discovery

Step 2: Conversation Aggregation Create Free account in Google reader to consolidate social monitoring RSS feeds for marketing team to keep tabs on in order to give directions where to react to queries, complaints or positive statements being made around the Internet. We will set this up for social monitoring, analysis and reaction team to consolidate, plan and execute responses and social media strategy.

What’s the best way to participate? There are many ways – you can prioritize and pursue direct methods, like comments, posts, tweets, emails, etc. And there are more indirect methods of participation like social bookmarks, tagging, favoriting’, etc? We are big believers that participation takes a variety of shapes and forms, and Hotel Bloom/SmoodS should not only be reactionary but also proactive and set the stage for conversations online by syndicating both blogs in the socialsphere. Proactive – Work with IT team and set up a blog on the server Create Content to Increase Positive Conversations We will facilitate installation, design the site, and post a number of blogs throughout August and September by coming down to Hotel Bloom and ‘blogging’ with text, video and images on the hotel and restaurant. We will then teach staff to work with Wordpress blog.

Proactive – Disseminate and syndicate Hotel Bloom and SmoodS Wordpress blogs throughout the Socialsphere. Then create RSS feeds of fresh content generated from Wordpress blogs which can be disseminated to social media using API integration and methodology developed by Expathos.

Setup Youtube account Expathos will setup a Youtube account and ensure that all existing footage and newly created footage (by Expathos team) is uploaded. Then we will train marketing team on Youtube basics and how to encourage staff and guest participation in capturing the essence of Bloom through moving imagery.

Setup Facebook account Expathos will setup a company profile at Facebook and we will train marketing team on how to effectively bring Hotel Bloom into the most important overall social media player on the Internet with over 200 million members.

Setup Twitter account Expathos will setup a company profile at Twitter and we will train marketing team on how to effectively bring Hotel Bloom into the most important realtime social media player on the Internet which is a rapidly rising star – with millions of new users monthly and recently featured on Oprah and the front cover of Time Magazine.

Hotel Bloom Website Expathos will work closely and provide consultation and advice to design and webmaster team to discuss social media integration into the main site, using widgets from Twitter, badges from Facebook and other methods of inviting site visitors to join Hotel Bloom in the socialsphere.
