and also thought me the structured approach to identify the cause of the problem and a whole new
approach to measure them with new metrics and tools used as per Six Sigma, and showed me the way
to identify the problem through a mathematical model the answer to these model shows us what could
be the end result. Keeping these results we will be able to narrow down our future shocks and improve
