Process Flow – New Communication 1) Teacher logs In 2) Selects class, division and Student (s) 3) Enters Communication Text 4) Posts Communication Text in to the selected student (s) e communication book 5) Automated e-mail/SMS is sent to the registered guardian/ parent regarding the new entry Parents
Process Flow – Message Queue 1) Teacher logs In 2) View list of parent responses or new communication by time of receipt or by student name alphabetically ordered 3) On clicking the desired link, the parent comment and response box open in a new pop-up 4) On closure of this new pop-up, a message is sent back to the parent with the time, date and name of the teacher who has read the message along with response / comments if any.
