    • Leave a 20 second message or less.
    • Build prospect’s curiosity.

  • 5. Engage the Client
    • Ask questions and listen to the client.
    • Help the client with their budget.
    • Guide the client through the event planning process.
    • Don’t give up. Clients may not respond for weeks.
