    • Send an article of interest.
    • Give advice on selecting the right venue or DJ service.
    • Differentiate yourself.
  • 4. Off-Peak Voice Mail Message
    • Early morning or late evening for those that do not respond to previous messages.
    • Leave a 20 second message or less.
    • Build prospect’s curiosity.
      • “ I wonder…..”
  • 5. Engage the Client
    • Ask questions and listen to the client.
    • Help the client with their budget.
    • Guide the client through the event planning process.
    • Don’t give up. Clients may not respond for weeks.
