Currently my experiences is in the<br />Medical field, working at the V.A. Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse and leadership experience acquired during my time in the United States Army. I also have experience as an Assistant Manager workg in a franchise restaurant.<br /> U. S. Jobs posted a position as a Psychology Assistant which I am interested in working. My interest is to work in the Psychology field. I have gained experience during my time at the V. A. Hospital in working with veterans with physical and mental complex issues. Collaborating with interdisciplinary members such as Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Doctors, social workers and Register Nurse in providing the health care and resource for the diverse veterans encountered at the V. A. Hospital. <br />The Education I received at Argosy University in Psychology with a minor in substance abuse has enhanced my knowledge working with Veterans concerning mental health issues such as assessing them for depression, alcohol abuse and various other psychological issues and understanding collaborating with interdisciplinary team members at the V.A. Hospital.<br />Working in a cultural diversity environment at the hospital and experience in the U.S. Army has gained me extreme knowledge and understanding in working with diverse individuals and clients.<br />The number I can be reached at is 832-892-3823 and best time to call me is in the evening, but a message can be left which I listen to during my lunch time and immediately at the end of my work day.
