value of Europeana 1914-1918 service, in a way that it is structured &
quantifiable but without losing sight of the less tangible but equally
valuable qualitative aspects?’

this into a useful impact assessment tool for Europeana and its partners?’

or informally learn from a digital resource and the difference
that this makes makes to a person’s sense of culture, education,
knowledge and heritage”

a community.”
