  • 3. Reserve listsAfter a competition is completed, EPSO provides the EUInstitutions with a list of successful candidates and their CVs in electronic format. EPSO has no further role except establishing a quota per Institution based on the needs they expressed prior to the competition and the number of successful candidates The reserve lists constitute a pool of potential recruits which is valid, for about one year The validity of reserve lists may be prolonged by EPSO

Flagging This is the default flag, meaning that the candidate is available for consideration by any institution with an interest in the list The candidate already works for an Institution and this Institution is interested in recruiting him/her. Normally, a candidate cannot remainInstitutions check the blue-flagged by an institution for longer than 90 daysprofiles of candidates on the reserve list to The candidate has attracted the interest of an Institution.
