      • Expertise: linking development research and policy agendas to climate change
      • Diversity : helping to amplify voices that are not being heard, especially those from the South
      • Learning: addressing capacity constraints that limit people’s ability to access and make use of information.
      • Engagement: getting close to users and debates so we understand needs, target our efforts, increase our influence.
      • Partnership: working through our strong network of developing country partners. Supporting, not duplicating, the efforts of others
