The first Airport IT Trends Survey was launched in 2004
Airline Business and SITA have collaborated for over 7 years on the Airline IT Trends Survey which serves as the industry benchmark
Cross-referencing the two surveys provides a detailed insight into the current shape of IT in a challenging air transport environment
The survey aims to set out key industry benchmarks in the areas of:
