  2. 2. 2011 User Conference | Norwalk, Connecticut Evolution of Event Services• Primarily housing management• Clients expanded and we added services to include registration management and onsite services
  3. 3. We are here to offer;• Pre-Convention Housing and Registration Management, including call center; Lead retrieval set up and training• Onsite Housing Management, Registration Management and Lead Retrieval Management
  4. 4. Pre-Convention Housing Management• Organize and maintain rooming lists, rooming changes including date changes, cancellations and waitlists• Accept bookings through etouches 24x7, with immediate acknowledgement• Monitor Attrition Risk - Throughout reservations period, monitor room block and hotel availability. Work with client if action appears necessary (e.g. add/drop rooms, redistribute room nights, take alternate blocks, etc.).• Assist client with suggested room block patterns• Post cutoff management

Pre-Convention Registration Management• Liaise with client on conference badge (lanyards, logo, badge stock, ribbons inserts and badge materials)• Finalize registration desk set up (equipment, layout, counters, internet, signage)• Quality control exhibitors/speakers/staff – make sure all are registered so there is a badge prepared for them when they arrive onsite

Onsite Services• Manage and oversee registration desk set-up; work with contractor to ensure the the signage is correct on the desk, the AV company to make sure the printers and computers are set up properly and the internet company to confirm there is an internet connection• Oversee, train and manage temporary personnel for registration area• Manage and oversee attendee check-in process – check guests in and hand out materials• Manage hotel changes, new bookings, cancels• Manage hotel billing issues / changes• Coordinate/manage room drops and/or room sweeps• eScan distribution and training
