Few weeks ago , I read the article published on newyork times , that talked about the India vs China vs Egypt.
In Summary it tells :
India has a weak central government but a really strong civil society
China has a muscular central government but a weak civil society
Egypt, alas, has a weak government and a very weak civil society
As I travelled to China and being an Indian I can understand such findings.
Recently I heard this buzzword Swaraj while listening the speeches of AAM AADMI PARTY People. As usual I thought that this SwaraJ is talking about the Self-Rule and understood it randomly. because that didn’t give any fair idea what this means.
Then over a weekend I got some time, and I did a lot of research and found something ever talked about Mahatma Gandhi “ Swaraj lays stress on governance not by a hierarchical government, but self governance through individuals and community building.”
And then I thought its just a thought or philosophy, which this AAM AADMI PARTY is talking, however I got the real idea about this until I read the book ‘Swaraj’ by Arvind Kejriwal, and while reading this book, I got several questions, and to get the answers of those I called AAP’s candidates, volunteers, workers, supporters.
For technocrats I would says – Swaraj is a kind of governance technology, which uses a deep and obvious common sense. If Swaraj can be programmed the way Swaraj (book) and AAP says, then ‘It will bring a system where in justice been done to all by the system itself & not by someone’s recommendation/s’.
