    • Metaphor
    • Simile
    • Personification
    • Hyperbole
    • See if you can identify each

    • I tried to race Jose to the end of the street, but he runs like the wind.

  • 5. Which is it?
    • When the students wouldn’t quiet down for the teacher, she sighed, “I’m teaching a bunch of monkeys today!”

    • The moon laughed as the old man floated away in a balloon.
