Krakow is very OLD! Jagiellonian University: 1364 Harvard University ( 哈佛大學 ): 1636 National Taiwan University ( 台大 ): 1928

An OLD story… A long time ago, in the year 1241, a BIG ARMY wanted to attack Krakow! A man at the top of the watchtower saw the army coming. He started to play his trumpet to warn the city! In the middle of his trumpet call, the army shot him with an arrow, and he died. Now, almost 800 years later, the same trumpet call is played, EVERY DAY, EVERY HOUR. It always stops in the middle, to honor the trumpeter who risked his life to save the city!
