  • Maybe these are things you already know, but I think they work well together in the E-learning environment and they definitely have a lot to do with the project I’ve worked on. Let’s take a look at these ideas and then we’ll take a look at the specifics of my project. I think you’ll see how these ideas apply. What I’d like you to do is to jot down your thoughts in the idea box. It could be what these terms mean to you and later, while we’re discussing other ideas, you can use the idea box to jot down ideas you have for applying these ideas to your own work.
  • Blended skill sets. Integrate Library learning with course learning. Embedded librarian. Integrate librarian with course to catch questions and teach on-the-spot.
  • 10 interactive tutorials

  • Goals met?
“The quality of research from my CM 121 students definitely improved. I saw a lot less students relying on .com websites, and using the library's databases more.”
“I do think the library tutorials fit well with the course assignments and objectives.”
“I would say the comfort with the research element went up dramatically.”
“it was the best batch of final papers that I've received in the course and it was my third quarter teaching it. I would definitely say that the library tutorials were a huge success and a great addition to the course!”
