About I began teaching at Carmel High School in August of 2001. I have taught English to grades 9 through 12; currently I teach only ninth grade English. I hold a BA in English and a BS in Secondary English Education from Indiana University and am working toward a Masters in Educational Psychology. I am married and have two young daughters and two cats Mia and Vinnie. In my spare time I enjoy reading, writing, outdoor activities and ballroom dancing.
