  • Good afternoon Professor Pugh and class I’m Erika L. LaMarch presenting on Keller Williams Real Estate As an example notice the KW Brandywine Valley office. I began working at this office August 23, 2005, and the office began operating in the beginning of September 2005. Our office began profiting in the winter of 2005 and since then the agents have shared over $50,000 of the profit made by our office.
  • Independent Contractor status means that the agents are self-employed, do their own taxes, and are not required to accept company health care or social security benefits. With that in mind Re/Max is the only valid comparable real estate office, and KW&amp; RM should not be compared to any other real estate franchises.
  • Lots of people haven’t heard about KW, but the realtors have. When they come to learn about our pkg of benefits we ‘steal’ other companies agents.
  • KWU&amp; Millionaire systems are very effective training business entities. The Training effort’s of KW are unparalleled and these companies are only afforded to KW Agents. A logo to represent the value system of our company. A charity committee one of six committees established in each real estate office the other five include (technology, social, growth, and training) EagenC is another system provided to agents that are interested in using modern technology. Everyone values different qualities, so I believe that Keller Williams is the best real estate agency based on $.
  • A real estate agency without realtors makes no money. So human resources or recruitment is crucial KW rank.
