    (No, I will not send you the origin of that illustration.)

    Thanks for pointing this out: I have updated the slides, so as to not embarrass someone else who pays as much attention to the details as you do: none of the 454 earlier viewers noticed the issue or bothered to draw attention to it ... Not sure what we should conclude from that ;-)
