  4. 4. • Motivation matters businesses a lot. It will lead to more satisfied clients, customers and people. An organization with motivated employees will have increased production and more generation of revenue.
  5. 5. • The performance of any employee is the result of two factors, his abilities and motivation. If a talented employee is de-motivated, he is unlikely to perform well at work. But on the other side, a motivated employee can often deliver far more than what is expected out from them.
