  2. Organic Development Design: Winery Addition & Renovation Client: Inniskillin Winery – Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON Completed: November 2008 Team: Erica Brown, Viktoriya Velma, Sania Kahn, Ashley Codner & Michelle Langdon Concept: Catch. Change. Release.
  3. Concept Board The process of photosynthesis involving the phases of catch, change and release according to the human eye.
  4. Main Floor Plan The CATCH of the sunlight is virtually unseen and captures the attention or interest of the viewer.
  5. Second Floor Plan The CHANGE is visibly intangible to the human eye but the knowledge that it occurs exists.
  6. Cross Sections The RELEASE is the visible, tangible aspects that are exposed to the outside and where the result is depicted and observable.

  9. Concept Board Allowing children in the community to express their diverse culture through cooking meals and learning about nutrition in a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.
  10. Floor Plan This important addition to the neighbourhood will enrich the building’s value and reputation while attracting youth from the surrounding area.
  11. Section & Rendering This space will spark the responsibility and development of the youth in the community in a safe, constructive environment.

  15. Second Floor Plans Using the stages of growth of a pacific dogwood, native to the clients roots of British Columbia, the design incorporates changes from public to private spaces.
