To provide expertise and services to FLOSS users Qualipso Network A distributed network of trustworthy and highly skilled resources Act locally and cooperate globally Reuse of technologies, procedures and policies produced by QualiPSo Project Europe, Brazil, China and Japan Qualipso Network Agreement: The “Table of Law” A framework to ensure coherency Rules and regulations needed by the Qualipso Network in order to accomplish its mission Uniformity, transparency, and efficiency in relations amongst Competence Centres and between Competence Centres and the Qualipso Network itself. .
