Gonzales and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, in the closed portions of City rights-of-way on Father Rahm Avenue from Mesa Street to Oregon Street from Friday, June 27, 2014 at 8:00 p.m., to Sunday, June 29, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. is a permissible activity in conjunction with The Annual Sacred Heart Feast Day, upon issuance of the required permits from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the City of El Paso.
