That the sale and service of alcoholic beverages by Austin Allen and Drag In, LLC d/b/a The Palomino Tavern and Star City Kitchen Bar, in the closed portions of City rights-of-way on Robinson Street between Mesa Street and Oregon Street from 12:00 p.m., to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2014 is a permissible activity in conjunction with The Robinson Street Block Party, upon issuance of the required permits from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the City of El Paso.
