    • Gives Recommendations on improvements

    • Average Rating in the UK is now 50
    • GreenSquare has set a High target to have all properties a 65 or above
    • Which would make homes more affordable to heat, have lower carbon emissions, more efficient to heat and lower demands on fossil fuels
  • 4. What does an EPC consist of
    • Calculate the volume of the dwelling
    • Work out how hard the Heating systems has to work
    • And
    • How quickly that heat leaks out
    • = the rdSAP rating
  • 5. Low SAP
    • If the Dwelling Falls below 65 SAP Marc and Darcy are tasked with finding a cost effective way of raising the Rating to 65 or above
  • 6. The Challenge
    • 20% of Westlea’s Stock 1469 Dwellings are estimated to be below 65 SAP
    A Task Which is being met with enthusiasm by Marc and Darcy

    • Blocking open Chimneys
    • Removing Gas Fires
    • Adding FNSH

    • Renewables
