    • Typical japanese dish
  • 4. There are many kinds
    • NIGIRI:
    • hand pressed clumps of rice and fish on top
    • MAKI:
    • rice wrapped in nori seaweed
  • 5. Healthy, delicious, exotic!
  • 6. Ingredients:
    • 1 cup = 100ml
    • 2 cups short grained rice
    • 2 1/3 cups of water
    • 1/2 cup rice vinegar (already prepared)
    • Filling at your choice: fish, vegetables, meat
    • Sheets of nori seaweed
    • Soya sauce
    • Pickled ginger
    • Wasabi paste

    • Carrots
    • Cucumber
    • Mushrooms

    • FISH:
    • Smoked salmon
    • Cooked Prawns
