This is a maple. Remember on the pine tree branches were spread out; on this tree they go out a little then up.
Maple bark This bark is smoother then a pine tree but still rough.
A maple leaf Can you see how many leaves there are and how thin the branches are?
This is a cedar Can you tell that it is a up- side down V shape?
Cedar See how the bark is coming off the tree? Does it look smoother or rougher?
A cedar branch See how bushy it is, and how spiky it is
