2. THE CHALLENGE AND OPPORTUNITIES
The growing global rate of fossil fuel usage will lead to an energy crisis in the first half
of this century.
“The current power infrastructure is as compatible with the future as horse trails were
to automobiles” Kurt Yeager, President, Electric Power Research Institute
However, every so often, something comes along -- an event, a movement, a new
technology – which is so large that it has the ability to reshape the global
economy forever. That something is a clean “eH2Fuel” developed from water and
Stirling engine=ImPS technology (affordable electrolytic Hydrogen Fuel and Independent
micro Power Station).
We may never need to worry about energy again, if we empower individual homes to
become their own generating stations, utilizing these newly re-discovered technologies.
This is the big one everybody has been waiting for, and it doesn't get much better
Where others see problem --we see enormous opportunity.
The global economy and supply-chains are not able to function without the
operation of highly co-dependent critical infrastructures (e.g., energy,
transportation, water, waste, food, finance, telecommunications, and Internet
A systemic failure in one part of that infrastructure may cause cascading failure in
the others and with everyone using it day in and day out - energy is right at the top
of the chain. When fuel costs rise, all the other prices across the supply chain go
through the roof as well because everything is either made out of fossil fuel
resources or has a large fossil fuel footprint. This covers all sorts of daily products
such as fertilizers, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, construction materials, synthetic
fibers, power, transport, heat and light, etc.
It has to be realized that oil, coal and natural gas is not just a fuel for us to burn but
the source of many basic living essentials and expensive comforts. It is hard to
visualize life without the many things that we take for granted.
How long do you think we can keep up the madness of setting fire to the limited
natural resources that will also be needed by future generations? Are we burning
away their share from the limited resources, and their hope of well being and
survival? Are we really that short-sighted or just blinded by greed that we are willing
to set fire to those natural resources which may never be used and seen again?
Recent global trends show that the supply and consumption of energy are
currently environmentally, economically, and socially unsustainable
It is not an exaggeration to claim that the future of human prosperity, and
even our ultimate survival depends on how we successfully solve the two
central energy challenges facing us today - securing the supply of reliable and
affordable energy and effecting a rapid transformation to a low-carbon,
efficient benign energy supply system that benefits the environment.
'„Urgent doesn't begin to describe it. We‟re somewhere between critical and
too late to deal with it.” Is this our future? Please view this 43 minute video
made by The Science Channel. It is a must see for everyone to understand
that the time of talk and debate is over and that the time to act is now.
“Out of Oil Apocalypse”
But if fossil fuels are a part of everything we do, how do we go about
removing them from the picture? How can we kick the global addiction to
burning fossil fuels, given its dramatic effect on the world‟s climate?
What we need is nothing short of an energy revolution, and we are happy to
report that we found the ultimate solution. The only affordable tool that has
the undeniable capacity to save us from impending disaster is hydrogen.
6.  Through our private R&D of hydrogen fuel – comes a breakthrough discovery
which makes improvements to old electrolysis methods of water technology.
We are now able to produce the cleanest eH2Fuel made from water which is
cheaper than any fossil fuels we use today.
The 2012 cost of 1 kg of eH2Fuel is <0.50 USD (with energy content of 1 gallon
It is relatively easy to be mass produced anywhere in the world, and it can be
used with only small modifications needed to any and all systems that currently burn
fossil fuels all without the added cost and burden of storage or transportation.
Water is everybody's resource with over 70% of our globe being covered with it.
There is also no need for drilling or exploration or discoveries as it‟s a resource that
will never run out. That makes it possible to make the eH2Fuel without any CARBON
content helping it become a renewable and sustainable domestic fuel. It also burns
without any pollutants because pure vapor is the only output.
When utilized in ImPS (Independent micro Power Station), we have the most viable
and efficient fuel system that is able to generate all the energy needs of an individual
house or small business directly on site with an extra capacity to generate electricity
that may be sold on back to the grid or to a nearby neighbor.
7. “Energy is the single most important problem facing humanity today”
Dr. Richard Smalley
Energy and Climate are the new mega-trends that will drive tomorrow‟s economy.
These represent new opportunities for those who reach beyond today‟s practices
and pioneer in what we call “smart energy generating appliances” such as the new
eHydrogen Fuel and ImPS.
Tomorrow‟s economic leaders will be those who capture the moment and
advancing transformative strategies at the pace and scale required to meet the
challenges of now and the future. The “winners” will be those adopting solutions
that meet global demands for resources like energy and water, eliminating
greenhouse gases and enabling climate-resilient development.
GEG and our global partners will be pioneering new, innovative approaches to move
beyond today‟s leadership standards. We expect to transform global energy
business models and realize new markets to build vastly more prosperous
economies based on hydrogen energy. Only now, countries may start dreaming and
accomplish things they would never be able to achieve with the use of fossil fuels.
To stay competitive, countries and companies everywhere will need to find ways to
adapt to the impacts of fossil fuel usage and the implications of climate change. Join
our new eH2Fuel™ and ImPS™ breakthrough technology and we will help you
ETP 2010 shows that a very considerable investment will be needed to meet the
world‟s growing energy needs.
The baseline scenario estimates a total investment of $US270 Trillion between
2010 and 2050.
Most of this ($US240 trillion) suggests that 90% of demand-side investments will be
made by energy consumers for capital equipment such as electric cars, appliances
and heavy machinery.
Meeting energy demand growth in a way that supports the “50% by 2050” goal
will be considerably more expensive - the BLUE Map scenario projects investment
requirements of $US316 trillion - a further increase of 17% (USD 46 trillion).
Whilst huge investment is required, it will also deliver high returns.
The cost of achieving the “50% by 2050” goal of the BLUE Map scenario will be $US
46 trillion more than the Baseline scenario over the same period. Most of this
reflects on additional spending by consumers on more efficient and low-carbon enduse equipment, particularly for vehicles. Yet importantly, ETP 2010 demonstrates
that very positive returns on investment could be achieved over the same period
with possible fuel savings of $US 112 trillion, along with other economic, social and
environmental benefits according to IEA full report.
"We may now tap into a new asset base that is so enormous that all the
oil reserves will seem like a drop in a bucket. Globally, there is some 340
million cubic miles of water covering the earth, and only 40 to 50 cubic
miles of oil reserves. With this new technology and this amount of energy,
we can accomplish all of our human ambitions that would never have been
possible with fossil fuels .“
 First Mover Advantage, Energy Independence, Technological Leadership
 NO CARBON ENERGY Technology.
 Large scale implementation of eH2Fuel™ and ImPS™ innovations in the individual
power and transportation sectors will help mitigate CO2 emissions and GW making it by
far the biggest impact that the energy world has seen so far.
We call this event “a historic energy shift” with eH2Fuel™ and ImPS™
helping create a new dynamic, vibrant, and sustainable global hydrogen
based economy where every country will have equal access to energy
without the environmental baggage of fossil fuels and the rising prices that
come with it.
eH2Fuel™ once produced is Carbon free.
Significant energy efficiency improvements.
eH2Fuel™ has the lowest cost of feedstock “WATER” at throwaway
prices. Tap water in developed nations is $2-7 per m3 = (tone -1000
liters). Production cost of 1kg of eH2Fuel™ is $ 0.50 (with energy content
of 1 gallon of gasoline) based on retail costs of electricity of 10 US Cents
Compare that to over $733 for a tone of crude oil feedstock at ($100 per barrel)
with fuel at the pumps some $4 per gallon or $ 1434 per tonne in $US7 and as
much as $10 per gallon or $ 2509 to $3584 per tone in EU countries.
If all external costs are included, a tonne of gasoline or diesel fuels will cost $ 5376
!! (Assuming $15 per gallon).
It‟s ironic that after many decades of research by many countries and
hundreds of billions of dollars were spent in search of the right solutions,,
we found the answer in ordinary water that we use every day.
Commercializing this technology doesn‟t just promise re-shaping some of
the world‟s largest energy related markets but also kick-starts the
generation of the next wave of innovation all whilst addressing some of
the globe‟s most pressing questions about the environment, climate
change and global stability.
There are some 200 countries around the world and all of them have the
pressing need for clean, affordable and sustainable energy. Sooner or
later, they will need to adopt the technology in one way or another as part
of their future energy requirements.
The answer to the eH2Fuel™ and ImPS™ question about how car and CO2
emissions can become mainstream in the global market place is not “if,”
but “Who, Where and How fast.”
Extracting hydrogen from water as our new energy raw feedstock is our
solution as energy becomes the biggest game changer for the next few
Water, just as the air we breathe, is everybody‟s global asset. After all,
you may get it from anywhere be it at home or even on vacation.
This fact, combined with the new improved water electrolysis methods,
makes the future of fossil fuels reserves, their owners and producers
The black gold and the expensive environmental nightmares that go with it
is turning oil into a source that no one will want to use as their primary
energy source. It will meant that there is an absolutely necessity to make
the transition to a newer, cleaner hydrogen economy.
15. With the recent technological improvements and the breakthrough
that is being made in hydrogen generation technology –
eH2Fuel/ImPS is in a ready-to-go state.
Just by going through the full presentation of some 175 slides or just the shorter summary of
100 slides, you will gain a strategic look at the framework for current global energy supply
and demand which should be easy to visualize and understand.
Hydrogen sure seems like the perfect alternative to fossil fuels. Just zap water with a bit of
electricity to split it into hydrogen and oxygen, and hey presto, you end up with a gas that can
be used to power the planet - and that emits no CO2. Ah, were it only so simple. Actually, it is
very close to being that simple now that we have the proprietary know how.
You will gain a more immediate view of the new breakthrough ideas of eH2Fuel™ and
ImPS™, -- comparing other energy technologies that are currently available, their pros and
cons, global energy markets, and market projections in the near-and long term future.
You will gain an understanding of drivers, fundamental structures, and changes necessary to
avoid global meltdown due to energy scarcity, and potential energy price scenarios.
It also specifically deals with hydrogen energy as a clean energy carrier, discussing the key
role of hydrogen energy and improvement in technologies and systems, and comparing
hydrogen with other energy forms. Energy strategies that incorporate hydrogen are also
presented. We also look to consider the importance of hydrogen energy in achieving a
sustainable energy system and relation to the environmental and other perspectives.
These perspectives should help you effectively assess both the challenges and enormous
investment opportunities that are awaiting us, and the vast scale involved in the new and
exciting transition from global fossil fuels to new hydrogen based fuels as we investigate the
most sensible system that can be handed down to future generations.
