Registration Schedule <ul><li>Consulted widely with sector, including Housing NSW, AHO, peak bodies and resourcing agencies </li></ul><ul><li>Over 500 providers to be registered and new providers into sector </li></ul><ul><li>Providers allocated to a registration round </li></ul><ul><li>Providers will be notified of allocation to a registration round and invited to attend briefing session </li></ul><ul><li>Schedule gives all providers fair opportunity </li></ul>

Registration determination <ul><li>Registrar determines whether provider complies with requirements of Regulatory Code </li></ul><ul><li>Determination to register or refuse to register </li></ul><ul><li>Provider receives registration report outlining reasons for determination </li></ul><ul><li>Registered providers placed on Provider Register </li></ul>

Registration determination <ul><li>If dissatisfied, provider can request review </li></ul><ul><li>Review uses all available information </li></ul><ul><li>Recommendation to confirm, vary or set aside original decision </li></ul><ul><li>Determination can also be reviewed by Administrative Decisions Tribunal (ADT) </li></ul>
    19. 19. Compliance <ul><li>Ongoing reviews to monitor each provider’s compliance with the Regulatory Code </li></ul><ul><li>Complaints investigation </li></ul>
