Sipariş verme ya da satın alışın en son yapıldığı zamana göre %9,0’ı son üç ay içerisinde, %3,6’sı üç ay ile bir yıl arasında, %2,5’i ise bir yıldan uzun süre önce gerçekleştirilmiştir. İnternet kullanan bireylerin %85,0’ı ise İnternet üzerinden hiç mal veya hizmet siparişi vermemiş ya da satın almamıştır.

Türkiye’de Internetten alışveriş Son 12 ayda (Nisan 2009-Mart 2010) İnternet üzerinden mal veya hizmet siparişi veren ya da satın alan bireyler %24,3 oranı ile en fazla giyim ve spor malzemeleri %23,8 ile elektronik araçlar, %19,3 ile ev eşyası, %15,2 ile seyahat bileti alma, araç kiralama, %13,3 ile gıda maddeleri almıştır.
