Motivation:- Employee Motivation:- The willingness to exert high levels of effort to reach organizational goals, conditioned by the effort’s ability to satisfy some individual need Motivation is derived from the word “motivate”, means to move, push or persuade to act for satisfying a need or the act or process of stimulating to action, providing an incentive or motive, especially for an act
