  • 3. Director Lines & Power LegsDirector Lines & Power Legs Director Lines are based off of the Personal Sponsorship line in your organization. For Example: If you have 6 personally sponsored members, the most Director Lines you can have would be 6. Power Legs are Senior Director Lines. Power Legs count both as a needed Director Line and also as a needed Power Leg. They are accounts who are qualified with 40,000 Lesser Leg Volume each month.
  • 4. The Personal PackPersonal Pack is for people who are interested in using the products themselves and marketing them for retail profits. This requires an activation order of at least 210 CV and provides only One Income Center. Personal Pack enrollments are not eligible to receive shares in the Agel Executive Bonus Pool. This level will pay out a Fast Start Bonus of USD$35 to the sponsor and appoint 125 CV that will roll upline. Any additional CV purchased over the required 210 CV will be added to the 125 CV and roll upline as well. Personal PackPersonal Pack
  • 5. The Executive PackExecutive Pack is for people who are serious about marketing the products and building a network as well. This requires an activation order of at least 665 CV. Coming in at the Executive level provides you with Three Income Centers, and qualifies you to earn on all ten options in the Agel Compensation Plan. This level will pay out a Fast Start Bonus of USD$100 to the sponsor and appoint 500 CV that will roll upline. Any additional CV purchased over the required 665 CV will be added to the 500 CV and roll upline as well. Executive PackExecutive Pack
  • 6. The Professional PackProfessional Pack is for serious business builders that are looking for a larger product inventory at a lower cost. There is a 30% discount on the sales price of this order. This requires an activation order of at least 3,000 CV. Professional Pack also provides Three Income Centers and qualifies you for all ten ways to earn in the compensation plan. This level will pay out a First Order Bonus of USD$500 to the sponsor and appoint 800CV that will roll upline. There won’t be any volume that is added to the 800 CV that rolls upline from this order. You can upgrade at anytime to the Professional Pack Level and receive the 30% discount. The 800cv will be applied to the Upline and the sponsor will receive the $500 First Order Bonus each time.   • 7. Retail Product SalesRetail Product Sales 1 Team Members can purchase Agel products at wholesale cost, sell them at the suggested retail price, and receive immediate retail profit. You can also enroll in the Preferred Customer Program. Preferred Customers purchase product at the Wholesale Price. CV from those orders will go into the sponsor’s Pay Volume (Lesser Leg) and roll upline from there. The sponsor will also receive a $15 USD bonus per 30 pack box ordered
  • 8. This is a one time bonus the enroller receives when their personal enrollee places their initial product order and the $35 USD membership enrollment fee. Fast Start/First Order BonusFast Start/First Order Bonus 2
  • 9. Each month 3% of total CV is paid out to those who are participating at the Executive or Professional Levels. This is a weighted bonus depending on the growth in your TVC month to month. Each 1,000 CV of growth in the lesser leg volume = 1 share. If the company did 2 million CV this month the pool (3%) would be worth $60,000. If there are 1000 total shares this month each share would be worth $60. If your lesser leg had 2,000 CV last month and your lesser leg has 8,200 CV this month you earn 6 shares (6,200 CV growth), which would be $360. (6 shares x $60) This bonus is only available to those who have less than 40,000 CV in their lesser leg.   • 10. Each month one percent of Global CV is shared among Team Members. To qualify for the bonus, Team Members must be a Supervisor, Manager, or Senior Manager. An additional 1/2 percent of the total CV is shared among those who qualify at Director or Regional Director. This is a weighted bonus based on rank that is paid out to those who are at the Executive or Professional Levels. You must qualify 3 consecutive months to earn this bonus. Executive Rank Qualification PoolExecutive Rank Qualification Pool4.1 Example: If the company made 1 million CV this month, the pool (1.0% for Supervisor, Manager and Senior Manager) would be worth $10,000, which would be divided among the Team Members qualified at the Executive or Professional Levels.   • 14. Each year, 1 Star Diamonds and above will be invited to the annual leadership conference, which is held in an exotic location. They will be required to qualify at 1 Star Diamond or above for 6 months during the calendar year to qualify.   • 15. 8 Earn up to 10% per month in TVC on the Commissionable Volume (CV) generated in your pay volume. A maximum of $25,000 (250,000 CV) can be earned per business center per month. There is no limit to the levels that you earn commissions on. Team Volume CommissionsTeam Volume Commissions Team Members participating at the Executive or Professional levels will be paid 7% TVC with the additional 3% being placed in an escrow account. Provided they stay active for 12 consecutive months, on their one year anniversary they will receive payment of the 3% earned. In addition, downline team members who hit their anniversary month, Leverage Matching Bonuses will be paid to the upline sponsorships.

  • 18. Placement Tree/Enroller Tree Your personal enrollees from the placement tree are all on the first generation of the enroller tree. When your personal enrollees sponsor a new team member they become your 2nd generation in the enroller tree. When some-body from your 2nd generation sponsors a team member they become your 3rd generation in the enroller tree and so forth.
  • 19. Preferred CustomerPreferred Customer A preferred customer can order product without signing up as a team member or paying the membership enrollment fee. They will not qualify for commissions. They are allowed to purchase the product at the wholesale price. The sponsor will receive a bonus of $15 per 30 pack box ordered. The volume will roll upline from there and not just to the sponsor. If a preferred customer wants to become a team member, their preferred customer account will be terminated and then they can enroll as a team member by paying the enrollment fee, placing an initial order and being placed in the tree.
  • 20. Autoship allows you to know that your product will be shipped to you every month and charged to the credit card that you have specified. You can customize your autoship for the amount, the date and the specific products that you want. You can select your autoship for the 1st , 5th , 10th , 15th , 20th or 25th of the month. 1 2 3 AutoshipAutoship * All changes to the autoship order must be made 24 hours prior to the set process date. ** The autoship order can be suspended for a period of 3 months, but if it needs to be deactivated completely, Customer Service needs to be notified. *** If your autoship is active but fails to process for 3 consecutive months, it will be deactivated.
  • 21. Any personal volume ordered on your account that is over 100 CV will be added into your Pay Volume for Team Volume Commissions. Volume generated by your sponsored Preferred Customers will also count towards your personal qualifying volume for the month. For Example: If you place a 245 CV order, the 145 CV will be added into your Pay Volume. Personal VolumePersonal Volume

UpgradingUpgrading To upgrade levels within 30 days from when you sign up you only have to pay the difference in Volume [i.e. if you come in at the Personal Pack (210cv) on May 5th and decide to upgrade to the Executive Level (665cv) on May 21st it will require you to order (455cv), which is the difference from the Personal Pack to the Executive Level]. To upgrade levels after 30 days from your Enrollment date that you signed up you must purchase the full level (i.e. if you come in at the Personal Pack in May 5th and want to upgrade to the Executive Level in June 10th it will cost 665cv.* *You can upgrade at any time to the Professional Pack for the Full 3,000cv. * The same fast start earnings and volume roll up from an initial order will be used when this happens.

At the end of each month, the difference between the greater leg and the lesser leg is “carried over” or kept in the greater leg up to 250,000 Commissionable Volume (CV). •In order to qualify for 5,000 carry-over volume you must place at least one-box 50 CV) product order during the current bonus period. •In order to qualify for 50,000 carry-over volume you must place at least a two- box (100 CV) product order during the current bonus period. •In order to qualify for 100,000 carry-over volume you must place at least a three- box (150 CV) product order during the current bonus period. •In order to qualify for 250,000 carry-over volume you must place at least a four- box (200 CV) product order during the current bonus period.   • 24. Three Business CentersThree Business Centers You receive three business centers if you enroll or upgrade to the Executive or Professional Pack Level. You only need to make one qualifying order per month to qualify all three business centers. You will be able to place team members on the left or right of business center 2 or 3. To start the left leg of business center 1 you would place the new team member left of business center 2. To start the right leg you would place the new team member right of business center 3.

To qualify for Commissions you must have a minimum of 50 CV Personal Volume during the pay period and have one personally enrolled qualified team member in each leg who has a minimum of 50 CV Personal Volume during the pay period. Monthly qualifying product order: • A 50CV product order makes you eligible to participate in the entire pay plan. A team member who has CV themselves, but active team members in only one leg would qualify to receive Retail Profits and Activation Order Bonuses, but not TVC, LMB and other advanced components of the compensation plan.
