S H O P B Y M O O D ™ Shop by Mood™ is a concept developed by Emperia Ventures, by understanding the psychology of consumer behaviour during the decision making project for an online purchase we are able to curate content based on ‘mood’ shopping. Shop by Mood™ identifies the projects most associated with a particular mood and presents these after identifying the customer mood, with the intention to increase sales conversions and personal customer experience.
