    62. e­newsletters are cheap (yay!)
    63. but safeguards have been put in  place to prevent you from  sending bulk emails

    66. if you have more names (yay!)  you will need to use a bulk mailing system
    67. a bulk mailer is software that  combines your message and  your list of contacts to send individual emails

    69. know your audience be polite about attachments wherever possible: use plain text
