Fortunately I had a good influence
of my father to not think about
work for others
I saw in my father a good
attitude to life
It was a waste of time to go to college
My dad had to allow me start a business
instead of sending me to college
My father must advise a better
college to me
Alex is struggling to excel as an
entrepreneur in the world of sports press.
Has the courage to keep trying despite
sometimes he has not any money in his
pocket
Alex feels the world is not fair
enough because older en
successful people are not willing
to help and support young
entrepreneurs. Not with money
but with mentoring , advice
and networking
Alex
University and
educators must
change their mindset
and training to
provide education
directed to
Entrepreneurship
and Innovation. In
this way, the young
student will be able
to perform any
professional task,
whether start and
run his own
company or work
proactively to any
other organization.

Problem statement:
Current formal education does not prepare young people with the tools to have
a good performance in their professional life. New professionals have to start
learning how to survive once they start to work
Needs a way to
Restructure educational programs to guide the student to learn by doing,
rather than just delivering theoretical knowledge.
It is very important to train them to be entrepreneurs instead of instilling the
mentality of just being good employees
Insight:
University needs to change their educational programs and methods, in order to
provide more effective education
