3. I feel that I was not taught well in college

4. Problem statement:
Current formal education does not prepare young people with the tools to have
a good performance in their professional life. New professionals have to start
learning how to survive once they start to work
Needs a way to
Restructure educational programs to guide the student to learn by doing,
rather than just delivering theoretical knowledge.
It is very important to train them to be entrepreneurs instead of instilling the
mentality of just being good employees

University needs to change their educational programs and methods, in order to
