The Program
The Program teaches you the intangibles in trading. You start by getting the foundation that every
trader needs to understand and adapt to the current market conditions. Trading begins with the proper
trading plan and you will learn a trading plan that is a proven. A trading plan is a proper set of rules (not
limitations) that are applied to a strategy. You will learn the only nine rules that you will ever need that
will prepare you for anything the market throws at you. Trading rules should be a feeling not a thought
and rules should promote growth, not restrict. Once you learn our rules you will be able to focus on
what is important, the market.

In order to be a successful trader you must have an executor’s mindset; therefore we teach you how to
execute your trades using Market Awareness. Market Awareness gives you the ability to execute with
more informed information. Market Awareness is an edge that every successful trader must have in
order to take the most out of the market, you will learn this skill.

You will learn our proprietary Strategy. We will give you every setting and configuration so that you can
set up the Strategy on your own charts. You will learn firsthand how to execute the Strategy using
Market Awareness and how Market Awareness gives you an edge. You will learn how the rules are
applied to the Strategy. The Strategy will give you signals and with the use of the Morning Brief and
Market Awareness you will get trade Confirmations that will tell you when to trade big, when to trade
small, and when not to trade.

We don’t just teach you where to point and click; we teach you how to trade. You will learn how we
trade but more importantly you will learn how to trade for your specific situation. Our goal is to build
traders not to tell them buy here and sell there. Success has to come from the trader themselves and

The Mindset of an Executor
This is where you will learn how to develop the mindset of a professional trader. The Mindset of an
Executor Manual will teach you the only nine rules that you will need to become a successful trader.
You will learn the difference between the correct set of rules and rules that are limitations. You will
understand that a complete trading plan is applying the correct set of rules to a strategy. You will learn
the definition of Market Awareness. You will become aware of feedback through Market Awareness
and how it effects your execution. You will learn the proper line of sight between charts and execution
screen. You will learn that the way you sit can give an indication of what kind of mood you are in. When

Online Classes (after hours)
You will be able to see firsthand how the E-mini Executors mindset is applied to the strategy. Anthony
will start by going over the rules and the mindset. Next he will go over the Morning Brief and explain
how to prepare each day like a professional trader. Then you will see how to setup your charts and how
to identify a signal from strategy. Anthony goes over situations from the strategy that occurred
throughout the trading day and past trading days. He will show you step by step how we got the signals
from strategy and how they are executed. The last fifteen minutes of class are for questions where we
have an open forum to have direct access to Anthony.

The Strategy
The Strategy is based on volatility. Volatility is what day traders use to determine ranges. The strategy
uses the current market volatility to determine the potential range. The Strategy gives the executor a
visual of what the potential range could be. Once Strategy tells us the potential range we break down
the range into five signals; top extension, bottom extension, pivot, and two basic signal lines. From this
point we go through progressions; we use Market Awareness and confirmations from the Morning Brief
to help make a more informed trade. Know when to trade big, know when to trade small, and know
when not to trade. This process transforms the trader into and executor which now give them an edge
in executing those signals. More confirmations and support from Market Awareness, the more powerful
the trade. This means medium to full position. No confirmations or support from Market Awareness
means small trade or even no trade.

The Strategy is more than just signals. It’s about adapting to market conditions. The Strategy allows the
executor to adapt to the current market conditions by allowing the trader to see more and anticipate
changes in volatility. An executor must know that there are several ways to risk a specific dollar amount
and that they are not held by one price or by a fixed trading size. The amount of risk is what matters not
the trade size. A 1 lot for 4 handles, a 2 lot for 2 handles, a 4 lot for 1 handle, or an 8 lot for 50 cents all
equals $200.

SECOND TRADE FIRST. Once you know your risk on the trade you should execute according to that risk
using Confirmations and Market Awareness. In the example below we show what a full position trade
looks like. There are two Confirmations near the entry price, this makes it a higher probability trade and
the executor should be in medium to full position as soon as possible. The trade size is determined by
how much the executor can risk per trade. The amount of risk in this trade is 1.50 handles so the
executor must adjust their trade size accordingly.

The magenta lines indicate extensions. These lines are full positions signals with or without any
confirmations. (Last sentence murky and adds more questions than answers) The black lines indicate
signals that must be executed according to confirmation and Market Awareness. The red line
indicates the pivot to the extensions and black lines.

The Strategy example

Above is an example of a strategy signal with two Confirmations making it a full position trade. The
Strategy signaled a buy at 1209.25 with a 1207.75 stop. The buy was executed at the entry price of
1209.25 with at least 50% of total position due to multiple confirmations. Confirmation 1: The blue
horizontal line at 1209.00 indicates the B.O.V. (bottom of prior day’s value) which was put on the chart
before the open (Anthony’s Morning Brief done in the Trading Room). Confirmation 2: We had
divergence from our proprietary confirmation signal and volume supported that signal.

The Trading Room
A trade room with proven professional traders that are giving you insight on the current trade. Every
morning before the cash markets open, Anthony Crudele (who writes the Morning Brief) will discuss
with you what he thinks is important heading into the trading day. He will make the room aware of any
big picture confirmations or longer term technicals that may have an effect that day’s trade. Anthony
will have his microphone on and will comment regularly on what he sees happening in the markets. He
is also on the headset with Vince D’Agostino (VXD) who is standing in the S&P 500 futures pit at the
Chicago Board of Trade. Vince is telling Anthony what he sees in the pit and Anthony will be telling you.
All traders in the room are free to type in comments or questions pertaining to the market. Anthony
and the other E-mini Executors will be moderating the comments and questions. The Trading Room is
geared primarily to trading the E-mini S&P 500 but we are focused on all of the major markets for
confirmations. Anthony will talk about strategy signals from our proprietary strategy and important
areas of Market Profile.

Other moderators in the room will be primarily putting out any news or data that is pertaining to the
market. What we have learned after years of being in the pit is that more eyes on the market the better.
The market usually has a leader and with over 30 years of experience in the Trading Room we find that
leader and with all of the knowledge and access that the Trading Room provides you will have a major
edge in executing your trades. You will see how professional traders look at the market by hearing them
comment during live market hours. If you have been looking for an edge in trading this is it. From the

The Morning Brief
You will receive detailed analysis and commentary of the major Indices from a 14 year professional E-
mini S&P 500 futures trader, Anthony Crudele, who is a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
The analysis is geared towards day trading the E-mini S&P 500. Relevant charts of the major Indices are
posted and also important areas of market profile for the E-mini S&P 500. Charts for the following
products are posted daily; E-mini S&P 500, S&P Cash, SPY, Dow Jones Industrial Average, Transports, E-
mini Nasdaq, and the VIX. You will receive our proprietary support and resistance levels for the E-mini
S&P 500 and also longer term support and resistance for the S&P 500 cash. The Morning brief will be
delivered to your inbox Monday thru Friday by 9:00 am ET. Anthony will also go over the Morning Brief
before the cash markets open to make any changes that may have occurred since the Morning Brief was

The Nasdaq failed at their 50 day and 200 day moving averages. Yesterday we had a selloff that I believe was driven by Nasdaq
failing to get back above their 50 day and 200 day moving averages. All year long it has been a struggle for the Indices to get above
all of their major moving averages and this continues to be the case. The rally is only as good as the weakest link and right now the
Nasdaq is the weakest link. As long as the Nasdaq futures struggle to get back above their 50 day and 200 day moving averages I
think that the market continues to pullback. Even with yesterdays selloff the Dow remains strong and the leader to the upside. The
Transports also remain above all of their major moving averages but still in negative territory for the year. The S&P futures and
cash are back in negative territory for the year and trading below their 200 day moving averages. That is bearish action and if the
S&P cash and futures cannot get back above these areas today we could look to test yesterdays low. Today I will be initially looking
to sell rallies up to the 200 day moving average in the futures at 1254.81 and I will be looking for the market to fill the Gap then
possibly test support at 1241.25 where I will be a buyer. If we cannot sustain trade above 1241.25 I will turn seller and then be
looking for a test of support below at 1230.00 where I will be an aggressive buyer. If we cannot sustain trade below the 200 day
moving average in the futures and the cash I will turn buyer looking for resistance to be tested at 1264.00 where I will be a seller
(weekly high is 1264.50 so be aware of stops above there). Volume remains on the light side but volatility seems to be picking up. I
will continue to trade small until the volume starts to pick up. Have a great day!
